WOW! Is all I could say when I walked into this house! The beautiful updates such as custom built birch cabinets and all new oil rubbed bronze hardware, farmhouse lighting, new Ubatuba Granite counter tops, tile backsplash and a breakfast bar was added. An under mount Kraus sink with a commercial faucet and over the sink accessories (drying rack and cutting board) will stay. All new stainless appliances, dishwasher, microwave and a garbage disposal was added. The owners even added a total of 6 recessed lights over the kitchen bar and sink. Vinyl plank flooring was installed in two bedrooms. Both bathrooms received complete make overs and they are absolutely gorgeous. New cabinetry, lights, toilets, tub/shower combo and large master shower. The master shower has a sliding barn door that just makes you feel like you’re at a spa.
